Accounts and access
ERPMAX accounts are provided through organizations and their authorized administrators. You must use your own account, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and for the actions of users it authorizes.
Acceptable use
Use ERPMAX only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another organization's data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use the service to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.
Your business records
Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of data entered into ERPMAX, including customer information, stock, prices, transactions, taxes, and accounting records. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that data to the service. ERPMAX supplies tools to process and report on data; it does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Service and availability
We may maintain, improve, or change ERPMAX over time. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Where practicable, we will give notice of changes that materially affect your use. Any paid subscription, trial period, support commitment, or service level is governed by the applicable order or written agreement.
Ownership and permissions
Your organization retains its rights in the business data it submits. We may process that data to provide, secure, and support ERPMAX as described in our Privacy Policy. ERPMAX and its software, design, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Access to the service does not transfer those rights to you.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ERPMAX is provided without warranties beyond those expressly set out in a written agreement. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data supplied by users, unauthorized use of your credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending access
Your organization can manage users' access and may end use of the service under its agreement with us. When access ends, we handle account and business information under our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement or legal retention requirement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ERPMAX changes. The effective date above identifies this version. We will communicate material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, subject to any separate written agreement.
